芥末蜂蜜烤鮭魚 Honey Mustard Baked Salmon

材料 Ingredients
鮭魚片(1" 厚) Salmon filet (1" thick) 4 片 ea
鹽 Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Ground black pepper 1/4 小匙 tsp
芥末蜂蜜美奶滋 Honey Mustard Mayonnaise 1 份 portion

做法
1.烤箱預熱到375°F(190°C)。 準備 芥末蜂蜜美奶滋
2.魚片用紙巾擦乾後兩面抹上鹽和黑胡椒。將芥末蜂蜜美奶滋刷滿在魚片上,保留部份美奶滋做為沾醬。
3.烤盤刷點油後放上鮭魚,進烤箱烤到魚不再透明,大約7分鐘。然後用最大上火烤到頂部呈金黃色,大約再8分鐘。
4. 食用時佐以青色蔬菜,檸檬片和剩餘的芥末蜂蜜美奶滋。



PROCEDURE
1.Preheat the oven to 375°F(190°C). Prepare the Honey Mustard Mayonnaise .
2.Dry the fish filets with paper towels then sprinkle the salt and black pepper on both sides. Evenly spread half of the mayonnaise on top and sides of the fish. Reserve the other half for dipping sauce.
3.Place the fish on a lightly greased baking pan. Bake until the fish is no longer translucent,approx. 7 minutes. Then broil the fish over the highest heat until top is golden brown, approx. another 8 minutes.
4. Serve the fish with sautéed vegetables, lemon wedges and the remaining honey mustard mayonnaise.
